Speech therapy is the assessment and treatment of communication problems and speech disorders. Speech therapy assesses and treats speech disorders and communication problems. It helps kids develop skills like comprehension, clarity, voice, fluency and sound production.
Sensory integration therapy is used to help children learn to use all their senses together – that is, touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing. This therapy can improve challenging behaviour or repetitive behaviour. These behaviours can be related to difficulties with processing sensory information.
